2 Boxes Strawberries
1 8oz regular cream cheese (16 tablespoons)
Honeybush Tea Concentrate (16 teaspoons)
Graham Crackers (10 crushed)
The best part of this recipe is you can make
this a day in advance and ﬁll the day of.
Wash Strawberries, take a vegetable peeler
to hull out the center of the strawberry at
the stem top. Then cut the pointed end of
the strawberry oﬀ so the berry will sit up on
its own set these aside. You can use a plastic egg carton or ice cube tray to store these
Tea Concentrate: 1 teaspoon tea to 3 ounces water brew as directed
Filling: Place the cream cheese in a bowl, add honeybush tea concentrate, mix well use
a hand mixer to whip slightly. If you like a sweeter mix you can add agave or honey to
the mixture. I did not use any sweetener I found it sweet enough.
Topping: Break up graham cracker into a bowl and use either a spoon or mortar and pestal to crush, set aside.
Once you have all the components, place the cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag
ﬁll each strawberry with cream cheese mixture top with crushed graham crackers.
