A few months ago I had the opportunity to participate in a wonderful dining experience hosted by the Mid Atlantic Tea Business Association.
The focus of this gathering, a potluck, where members of the organization would each bring a tea infused culinary delight.
I was quite surprised at the number of offerings from appetizers to desserts and a host of tea infused cocktails.
My contribution was one of my favorite mini-bites Lapsang Souchong Chicken Curry en croustades and The Devotea’s, Lord Petersham tea infused orange slices.
Besides the normal warm feeling you experience just being around “Lovers Of Tea” we also were given the opportunity to describe our offerings and the ingredients.
This event was quite special and all of the offerings worth attempting.

In this booklet you will find delectable offerings such as Matcha Mayo, Black Tea Mango Shrimp Salad, Lapsang Souchong Chicken Sliders,

Many of the recipes are simple and are perfect for those wanting to experiment with tea infused dishes.
